Acacia Morton

We were asked by Rescue Village, a humane society for a variety of animals, to create a new and modern logo to replace their old ones. The problem they were having with the old logo was it not being a vector, and that it was a little old fashioned, they waned to appeal more to the younger generations and entice them to adopt.

I decided I wanted to emphasize that they also allow you to adopt horses. I put the main animals (horse, cat, and dog) in a heart to imply they are all loved. I wanted to add a pop of color so I made the dog red since it was in the middle and since red represents love.
